Chocka manages your Google Business Profile on your behalf. This includes writing and publishing posts, replying to reviews, and sending you performance updates via SMS and email. By subscribing, you authorise us to take these actions using your Google account.
You must have a verified Google Business Profile. You must provide a valid UK mobile number. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content we flag for your attention (e.g. negative review replies). You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your settings or the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.
Posts and review replies are generated by AI and published on your behalf. While we take care to produce appropriate content, you are ultimately responsible for content published to your Google profile. You can preview and cancel any post before it goes live.
Chocka is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. ranking improvements, call volume increases). Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
You can cancel at any time. On cancellation, we stop all automated actions on your Google profile. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you return, then permanently deleted.
